South Jersey Fugitive Arrested By US Marshals In Fatal Shooting: Prosecutor U.S. Marshals have arrested a 21-year-old fugitive from Camden in connection with a fatal shooting, authorities said.  Isaac Santiago was charged with first-degree murder in the Dec. 27, 2023, death of Esterlin Torres, 35, of Pennsauken, according to Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. Pennsauken Shooting Victim, 35, Dropped At Emergency Room Dies A 35-year-old Pennsauken man died of gunshot wounds after he was dropped off outside a Camden County emergency room on Wednesday Dec. 27, authorities said. Man, 29, Gunned Down In Camden Authorities have identified the 29-year-old man gunned down Sunday in Camden. Takwail Bailey was rushed to Cooper University Hospital after being shot on the 1000 block of Louis Street just after 10:30 p.m., Acting Camden County Prosecutor Jill S. Mayer and Camden County Police Chief Gabriel Rodriguez said.
