Driver, 51, Killed In South Jersey Crash: Police A 51-year-old man from Millville was killed after he collided with an SUV, authorities said. Elmer Rosell died at the crash scene, according to Millville Police Chief Ross Hoffman. A 41-year-old Leesburg woman was driving a Ford Bronco southbound on the 2300 block of South 2nd Street in Millville at 4:48 p.m. Monday, Dec. 18, when her vehicle collided with a Chevy Malibu attempting to make a left turn out of Country Meadows Mobile Home Park, Hoffman said. The crash remains under investigation and no charges had been filed, he said.
