Violent Absecon Home Invasion Suspect Arrested In Somers Point A Galloway Township man was arrested after he broke into someone's home and fought the person living there, authorities said. Joseph Aversa, 41, was charged with second-degree robbery, second-degree burglary, and fourth-degree criminal mischief, Absecon police said in a news release. Officers responded to a report of a home invasion on the 300 block of Spruce Street just before 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 17.
