The first robbery occurred at 6:27 a.m. Thursday, March 23, and involved an 89-year-old man on New York Avenue. The suspects struck him in the chest and stole his jacket, cash and cell phone, police said. A minute later, a 45-year-old woman was robbed on Baltic Avenue. Four Girls Charged In Atlantic City Robbery In Which Store Owner Died Four girls have been charged in connection with a store robbery on the Atlantic City boardwalk, authorities said.  A 12-year-old boy who brandished a knife during the robbery was previously arrested for threatening the store owner, who later died of a heart attack.
