Atlantic City Victim Identified In Fatal 11th Floor Hotel Shooting The victim of a fatal shooting at an Atlantic City hotel has been identified, authorities said. Wayne Brown, 25, of Atlantic City was found dead of a gunshot wound on the 11th floor of the 24-floor Madison Hotel on Wednesday, Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon G. Tyner said. UODATE: Arrest made in fatal shooting Police responding a 9-1-1 call found Brown at the hotel at 125 South Dr. Martin Luther King Blvd.  with a gunshot at 11:45 a.m., Tyner said.
