Atlantic City Man Pleads Guilty To Firearms Offense While Dealing Drugs: Prosecutor A 24-year-old Atlantic City man has admitted to a firearms offense while drug dealing, authorities said. Elijah Harris, 24, of Atlantic City, pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of a handgun while engaged in drug distribution conduct on Monday, July 31, according to the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office. Fourth Ward Councilman MD Hossain Morshed, 47, was taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center with non life-threatening injuries following the attack at the intersection of Florida and Atlantic avenues around 10:45 p.m. July 15, local police said. Pair Nabbed In Stolen Car After Fleeing Atlantic City Police A South Jersey pursuit of a stolen car led to the arrest of two fugitives with outstanding warrants, authorities said. On Sunday at 9:07 p.m., Atlantic City Police Officer Joseph Kelly tried to stop a car that had been reported stolen.  After activating his emergency lights and siren, the driver, Jason Sandfort, sped away, police said.
