Hosea R. Jackson, 66, was sentenced on Tuesday, Sept. 19, to probation for criminal restraint with the risk of serious bodily injury and criminal sexual contact, according to the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office. In September 2022, following a six-day jury trial, Kye Hardison of Camden was convicted by an Atlantic County jury.  The jury convicted Hardison of sexual assault, burglary and aggravated sexual assault. The guilty verdict followed a six-day trial culminating in the conviction by an Atlantic County jury of Kye Hardison. Hardison was additionally convicted of burglary.
