NYC Couple Arrested At Bally's Atlantic City After Refusing To Pay For Taxi Ride: Police A New York City couple was accused of pulling a knife on an Atlantic City taxi driver in a robbery, authorities said. Atlantic City police said 26-year-old Eric Blanco-Reid and 24-year-old Brianne Cox, both of Brooklyn, NY, were arrested.  Officers responded to a fight on the beach block of Arkansas Avenue at around 7:15 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 5.
