A New Jersey doctor accused of sexually abusing six of his patients has now been charged with insurance fraud — as has his office manager, authorities said. Gurvindra Johal, 56, of Colonia, was arrested back in March for inappropriately touching of two patients under his care at an urgent care center on Broad Street in Newark, according to Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. Patient sexual abuse charges continue to rack up for one New Jersey urgent care doctor. Yet another one of Gurvindra Johal's former patients has stepped forwarding, alleging the 55-year-old physician sexually assaulted them in Middlesex County, authorities said. Urgent Care Doctor Sexually Assaults Patient In NJ: Prosecutor
A 55-year-old urgent care doctor from Central Jersey is accused of sexually assaulting a patient in his care, authorities announced. Gurvindra Johal, of Colonia, touched the patient inappropriately while she was were in his care at Amboy Urgent Care on Cornell Street in Perth Amboy, Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone said.
