Teenager Wounded In Atlantic City Shooting: Police A 19-year-old man was wounded in a shooting late Sunday night, July 16 in Atlantic City, authorities said. At 11:21 p.m., patrol officers responded to the 1000 block of Brigantine Boulevard for a ShotSpotter alert. Arriving officers located evidence of gunfire, they said. Shortly after, the unidentified victim, 19, of Atlantic City, arrived at the AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, City Division, to be treated for a non-life-threatening injury, police said. Man Struck By Freight Train In North Jersey A man was struck and killed by a freight train in Midland Park late Wednesday, multiple sources confirmed. The 19-year-old Wyckoff man was struck by a New York, Susquehanna and Western Railway train along the Newtown Road portion of the tracks near the Wyckoff border at 11:08 p.m., a railroad spokesperson at the company's Cooperstown, NY headquarters said. He was later pronounced dead at St. Joseph's University Medical Center in Paterson, responders said.
