Speeding Stop In Lexington Park Lands Wanted Bowie Man Behind Bars, Sheriff Says What started as a routine speeding stop in St. Mary's County landed a 23-year-old Bowie man behind bars on drug and weapon charges, according to the sherif's office. Deputies stopped a speeding vehicle shortly after 11:15 p.m. on Sunday, June 9 on Great Mills Road when a driver was spotted speeding through the area with Vincent Lavey Harrington in the front seat.
