A pair with a curious business plan are behind bars in Virginia after attempting to clean up by selling stolen Tide detergents "like drugs" in Stafford, according to the sheriff's office. Upper Marlboro resident Toddrick Bowens, 30, and Falls Church native Sonia Bonilla Hercules, 19, are both facing charges after being busted with drugs and more than 100 bottles of detergent they they planned to re-sell. An argument between two men outside of a Calvert County home turned deadly when a Virginia man pulled out a gun and shot his victim on Wednesday night. Fredericksburg resident Anthony Wayne Simpson, 40, is facing murder and other charges in connection to the fatal shooting of 39-year-old North Beach native William Lee Hutcherson near his residence, according to the sheriff's office.
