A homeowner suffered second-degree burns when an electric vehicle sparked a fire outside of his Harford County home and spread to the garage late on Tuesday night, officials say. A fatal fire that left three dead in Harford County is now being investigated as a triple homicide, according to the Aberdeen Police Department. Aberdeen Police Capt. Not all heroes wear capes. While enjoying his day off, a volunteer firefighter in Harford County leapt into action when a Bel Air home caught fire while the homeowners were away on Wednesday morning.
