Sunday Stabbing Leaves Woman With Life-Threatening Injuries In Maryland, Police Say Police say that a 41-year-old man is in custody after stabbing a woman in a Hagerstown apartment late on Sunday afternoon. At around 6:20 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 5, officers from the Hagerstown Police Department were called to a building in the unit block of North Mulberry Street, where they found a 34-year-old woman suffering from multiple stab wounds.  She was rushed to Meritus Medical Center with what were described as "life-threatening injuries," though on Monday morning, police said that she is expected to survive.
