A Maryland-based food company is recalling more than 1,500 pounds of popular frozen meat and chicken dumplings that were never properly inspected before being shipped out to retailers across the region. Mulan Dumpling, in Hyattsville, is recalling multiple products that were produced without a federal inspection, the US Department of Agriculture's Food and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced this week.
