Driver Struck Cruiser, Deputy Near Maryland Church During Separate Pursuits, Sheriff Says Jesus didn't take the wheel for an allegedly intoxicated man who was caught at the same Carroll County church twice before fleeing from members of the sheriff's office repeatedly.
