Man Killed By Hit-Run Driver Remembered As Person 'Worthy Of Our Praises' In Baltimore County Family and friends are mourning a beloved 75-year-old Baltimore County man who was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver.  Officers from the Baltimore County Police Department were called to the intersection of Painters Mill Road and Owings Choice Court in Owings Mills, where they found Reginald Haysbert in the roadway on Wednesday night, police say.  He was rushed to an area hospital and later died from his injuries. Woman Dies In Baltimore Hit-Run Crash A 65-year-old woman died in a hit-and-run crash in Baltimore Wednesday, July 6, authorities said. The victim was crossing on the 2000 block of North Broadway with a walker when she was struck around 2:50 p.m. city police said.  She was unresponsive when police arrived and taken to John’s Hopkins Hospital, where she was pronounced dead. The vehicle fled the area southbound on North Broadway. C.R.A.S.H. Team investigators have assumed control over the investigation.
