The Frederick County Sheriff's Office announced that Deputy First Class (Dfc.) Bittenmaster was patrolling near the Monrovia Park N' Ride on Baldwin Road at around 2:15 p.m. on Nov. 21 when a suspiciously parked white 2023 Honda CR-V caught his eye.
