Dies After Battle With Recurrent Brain Cancer, 42 Maryland is in mourning for Michael John Buckhout-White, a devoted father of two who died following a brave battle with recurrent brain cancer on Friday, Dec. 29. He was 42. Born in Silver Spring, Michael attended Montgomery Blair High School, where he was a drummer in jazz band before his graduation in 1999, his obituary says.
