Florida Man Charged In Couple's Killing, Frederick County Sheriff Says The man responsible for the double murder of a mother of four and the father of one of her children during a domestic dispute has been apprehended in Florida, authorities in Frederick County announced. David Phillip Turner, 33, a Miami resident, was arrested over the weekend following the investigation into the August murder of Crimea Malita Baker and Arlington resident Sean Antoine Lange in New Market.
