Third Man Arrested In Connection To Deadly Shooting In Maryland: Police
Police in Montgomery County have arrested another suspect as they continue their probe into the fatal shooting of 22-year-old Alan Garnica last month. Weeks after the department announced the arrests of Kenes Yair Guevara, 19, and Osman Antonio Maldonado, 20, investigators announced on Friday that Gaithersburg resident Rodrigo Hernandez, 18, has been apprehended for his alleged role in the Montgomery Village murder. Two men have been arrested in connection to the fatal shooting of 22-year-old Alan Garnica in Montgomery County earlier this month. More than a week after a fatal double shooting that left a teen with critical injuries, the Montgomery County Department of Police announced that Kenes Yair Guevara, 19, and Osman Antonio Maldonado, 20, have been arrested and charged with the Montgomery Village murder, authorities announced on Wednesday.
