Two people were killed and two others were hospitalized following a shooting early on Saturday morning in Cecil County, according to Maryland State Police. Delaware native Tamir Rasheek Davis, 26, has been identified by investigators as one of two who were fatally shot early on Saturday morning. He was pronounced dead at Christianna Hospital. Suspect Arrested For Fatal Double Shooting Near Baltimore County School, Police Say
A 44-year-old man was arrested and charged for a double shooting near a Baltimore County elementary school that left one dead and one hospitalized, police say. Peter Clark has been charged with first-degree murder in connection to the fatal shooting of Romy Bogier, 43, in the area of the White Oak School in Parkville.
