A 26-year-old prisoner has been charged in the May 2023 death of his cellmate at the Jessup Correctional Institute, authorities said. New details have been released after a man was found shot in Baltimore County on Tuesday morning. Detectives from the Baltimore County Police Department found Adrian Hutton, 26, suffering from injuries at approximately 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 27 in the unit block of South Marlyn Avenue.
