Dad Kills Teen Children, Himself In Maryland: Police
A 42-year-old dad killed his two teenage children and then himself in Howard County over the weekend police said. Christopher Zanski is believed to have fatally shot 17-year-old Braden and 15-year-old Hailey on the 1400 block of Triadelphia Road in Glenelg, and then himself Howard County police said. Officers found their bodies while performing a welfare check around 11 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 14, authorities said. There are no indications that anyone else was involved in the incident and a motive has not immediately been identified.

Life In Prison For Son Responsible For Butchering Mother In Maryland: State's Attorney
An Anne Arundel Judge has ruled that a 26-year-old man spend life in prison for the grisly murder of his mother in their Tracy's Landing home in 2021, authorities announced. Andrew Beavers was sentenced to life in prison for the first-degree murder of his mother, cybersecurity executive Juanita Naomi Koilpillai, 58, whose body was found poorly outside of their home after being reported missing. Sheriff IDs Body Found In 'Suspicious Vehicle' Parked In Maryland Field
New details have been released by the Frederick County Sheriff's Office after a body was pulled from what was described as a "suspicious vehicle in a field." Shortly after 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon, deputies were called to the 8200 block of Crum Road in Walkersville, where there were reports of a vehicle that had its flashers on and had been sitting there idle for more than six hours.
