Top Prosecutor 'Baffled' By Sentence For Man Convicted Of Killing Morgan State University Guard
The Maryland man convicted of killing a security guard working around off-campus Morgan State University apartments has been sentenced to decades in prison, the Baltimore City State's Attorney announced on Thursday.
