Classes Canceled After Student Murdered Near Baltimore High School
Classes have officially been canceled for a Baltimore high school after a group of students were shot, one fatally, during a lunch break at a nearby Popeyes, according to school officials.
The principal of Edmondson-Westside High School, Karl E. Perry, released a statement on Wednesday, Jan. 4, confirming the cancellation of classes for Thursday, Jan. 5, after the students were shot.

Middle School Teacher, Wife Shot To Death In Virginia Home
A woman and her husband were both found dead inside their Culpeper home, police reported.
Stacey Garrison, 40, and Daniel Garrison, 41, were found by police inside of a home on the 15000 block of Burgandine Avenue around 3 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 9, according to the Culpeper Police Department. Police said the duo had apparent gunshot wounds and law enforcement is not looking for any persons of interest.
Daniel had been working as a science teacher at Auburn Middle School, according to InsideNOVA.com.
