Over a dozen residents of a large apartment complex in Silver Spring have been displaced following an overnight fire, authorities say. Around 2:45 a.m., Friday, Feb. 17, firefighters were dispatched to Elizabeth House on Fenwick Lane for a fire in a fourth floor bedroom, Montgomery County Fire and Rescue spokesperson Pete Pringer reported.
