Firefighters In Maryland Help Battle Blaze In Virginia Caused By Improperly Disposed Oily Rags Improperly disposed rags in a Loudoun County garage led to a large fire that caused tens of thousands of dollars in damage when they spontaneously combusted, officials confirmed.
