DC Residential Fire Displaces 2 Adults, 11 Children Nearly a dozen children were displaced after a massive residential fire in DC, authorities say. Firefighters were working to contain the blaze in the 3300 block of Croffut Place SE around 9 a.m., Monday, Oct. 17, according to DC Fire and EMS. Update Working Fire 3300 block Croffut Pl. SE.
