PA Mom Charged For Giving Kids Guns, Teen Son Charged In Cousin's MD Murder
A Lancaster County mother is accused of giving her teenage sons access to guns used in a September shootout, police announced on Friday, Nov. 15. One of those sons has also been charged in his cousin's murder.
Brandi Whisman, 42, of New Providence, was arraigned Tuesday, Nov. 14, on charges of endangering the welfare of children and corruption of minors. Investigators said she gave her sons permission to take the guns whenever they wanted, providing a key and telling them where the firearms were located.

Wilma and Jose Alicea have been located and charged, police announced on Thursday, May 4, 2023. Additional details have not been released.

Dream Alicea was found safe Wednesday night, police said in an updated release.
Her parents, Wilma and Jose, are still at-large, and "are wanted for Felony Child Endangerment and other unrelated warrants," police stated in the update on May 3, 2023.
