A broken brake light led to charges for a pair from Hampstead who were caught with drugs and weed during a midday traffic stop in Taneytown, according to the Carroll County Sheriff's Office. Police in Baltimore executed a massive bust that led to the recovery of upwards of 30 pounds of pot products, officials say.
