Two people were struck - one fatally - by a pick-up truck in Baltimore County on Sunday morning, authorities announced. Mary Beth Green, 57, has been identified as the woman who died at an area hospital after being struck at the intersection of East Seminary Road and Dulaney Valley Road in Cockeysville.
