20-Year-Old Man Gunned Down Near Maryland Elementary School Identified By Police
An $8,000 reward is being offered by Metro Crime Stoppers of Maryland after a 20-year-old man became the latest victim of gun violence in Baltimore County. Jamel Nation has been identified by investigators as the person who was gunned down in Dundalk, not far from Colgate Elementary School. A 24-year-old educator in Baltimore County is behind bars for allegedly having an inappropriate relationship with a minor, according to police. Lewis Laury was arrested on Monday, July 1 following an investigation by the department's Crimes Against Children Unit following an investigation into his reported relationship with a juvenile. An allegedly intoxicated driver from Baltimore County who crashed head-on and killed a 22-year-old woman in Carroll County earlier this year in Westminster has been indicted, the state's attorney's office announced on Monday afternoon.
