A convicted drug dealer already on probation is facing multiple charges in Frederick County after being busted with narcotics and illegal weapons, police say. Leonard Anthony Morris, Jr., 22, is back behind bars following the execution of a search and seizure warrant at a Frederick apartment on Tuesday, Oct. 29. A Baltimore County man is facing drug and weapons charges after a road rage incident on I-95 in Howard County led state police investigators right to him.
