Rollover Crash On I-95 Causes Delays Topping Four Miles In Howard County
A rollover crash caused chaos for some motorists on I-95 on Wednesday afternoon as first responders investigated in Howard County. Before 3 p.m. on Oct. 16, police and emergency crews responded to the northbound lanes of the interstate near MD-175, where there was a reported crash that blocked several lanes.
