Reinforcements are on the way as the US Marshals have joined the Howard County Police Department are they attempt to locate a fugitive who allegedly killed 17-year-old Angelo Little at the Mall in Columbia over the summer. A 24-year-old man implicated in the 2021 murder of a teenager who "feared for his life" and began living with friends to protect his family may spend the rest of his life behind bars, according to the Frederick County State's Attorney's Office.
