Possible DUI Driver Causes Multi-Vehicle Crash On I-95: State Police
A New Jersey truck driver was caught in the middle of a multi-vehicle crash that shut down part of I-95 in Maryland for hours, according to Maryland State Police.
The crash happened around 2:50 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 23, along southbound I-95, just south of I-195 in Arbutus, Baltimore County.
Investigators say Persia Samina Ransford, 27, of Takoma Park, was driving a 2008 Mercury Mountaineer southbound when she slammed into the rear of a 2004 tractor-trailer driven by Asmaeil Faraj Abusharia, 59, of Sewaren, New Jersey.
