Junior Michael Reese, who has no fixed address, will face charges following an incident in Silver Spring early on Monday morning, officials say. Days before classes are set to resume, a new batch of hateful graffiti was found at Montgomery County Schools over the weekend. A Maryland community came together to help clean up hateful graffiti that was found spray painted outside a Montgomery County elementary school.
