State Police Identify Two Killed In Early Morning Maryland Incident (

New details have been released by Maryland State Police investigators as they continue to probe a fatal shooting that claimed the life of two and left two others with serious injuries in Cecil County. Delaware natives Tamir Rasheek Davis and Darius Anthony Blalock, both 26, have been identified by police as the two who were killed in a shooting over the weekend. Two others were hospitalized following the shooting shortly after 6 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 2.
