The man who allegedly drove two gunmen responsible for the fatal shooting of a 20-year-old Capitol Heights man who was found dead after a car crash in Montgomery County has been arrested, police say. A 26-year-old man with no known address is facing attempted rape and other charges following an attempted sexual assault of a teenager in Montgomery County, police say.
