A teen girl died while riding outside a train car, also known as "train surfing," in Maryland Friday morning, March 1, officials said. A fare evader went through extreme measures to - unsuccessfully - avoid being apprehended by Metro Transit Police officers during the evening commute. Late on Monday afternoon, some commuters were held up when a traveler hopped the turnstile and took a stroll down the tracks at the Naylor Road Metro Station.
