An investigation has been launched in Charles County following a reported shooting in Indian Head. At approximately 3 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 13, members of the Charles County Sheriff’s Office were called to investigate a reported shooting on Shelton Court near Strauss Avenue. There was a heavy police presence in the area of Laurel Drive at Route 210, officials said, noting that the scene was contained. Residents and motorists have been advised to avoid the area.
