Theft Suspect Rides On Hood Of Stolen Vehicle During Police Pursuit In Waldorf: Sheriff Like a scene out of "Fast and Furious" a theft suspect jumped out of one stolen vehicle and temporarily onto the hood of another during a police pursuit in Charles County. District residents Dimiuan Paul Jackson and Robert Leroy Barnes, both 24, were arrested this week following an early morning investigation and subsequent chase after being busted breaking into cars, according to the sheriff's office.
