A 16-year-old from Waldorf has been identified by investigators as the motorcyclist killed in a crash with a Ford Mustang over the weekend in Charles County. Jesel Edolen Rodriguez Amaya was riding a 2003 Suzuki GSXR 600 motorcycle shortly after midnight on Sunday morning when he was involved in a crash in his hometown in the 2400 block of Old Washington Road.
