A serious crash closed a major roadway in Cecil County early Tuesday, April 2. One Dead, Two Airlifted To DC Hospitals Following Crash In MD, State Police Say
One person was killed and two others were airlifted to area hospitals following a fatal crash in Charles County on Monday morning. At approximately 9:30 a.m. on Monday, June 12, a Dodge Durango was driving on US Route 301 near MD Route 234 when the driver struck an embankment and overturned the truck, state police say. First responders were called to the scene, and a passenger in the Durango was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics. One person was killed in a crash in Prince George’s County, and several others injured, Maryland State Police say. At approximately 9:15 a.m. on Wednesday, May 31, an alert was issued by the Maryland Department of Transportation regarding a crash on MD 202 that led to all lanes being closed in both directions between Chelsea Lane and Marlboro Pike in Upper Marlboro.
