Detectives are investigating a fatal hit-and-run that took the life of a pedestrian in Anne Arundel County, authorities say. A Washington, DC man will spend more than a decade in prison for his role in a day of terror that involved a violent armed robbery and two armed carjackings in Maryland and Virginia, federal officials announced. Police have released the conditions and ages of the victims involved in a mass shooting in Baltimore, authorities say.
