Troopers from the College Park and Rockville barracks responded shortly after 2:35 a.m. on Sunday, March 26, to the outer loop of I-495 near Route 650, where there was a reported crash involving a pedestrian. The National Center For Missing & Exploited Children is seeking the public's assistance as they hope to track down a young man who has been missing for more than a year in Virginia. An alert was issued for Carlos Carballo-Rivas, who would now be 21 years old, and has not been seen since Nov. 27, 2021, when he went missing out of Alexandria. Double Sex Assault Suspect Sought In DC D.C. Police are searching for a suspect that sexually assaulted two victims, officials said. On July 18 at around 12:15 a.m., the suspect approached two people in the 5900 block of Piney Branch Road and assaulted one of the victims before engaging in unwanted sexual contact, the Metropolitan Police Department reported.
