On Sunday, June 4, state police officials say that a woman was hiking with her husband in a remote area near Beaverdam Creek in Salisbury when she took a tumble and suffered an injury in Wicomico County. First responders from the Salisbury Fire Department were able to locate the woman, but had to request the Maryland State Police helicopter for the rescue due to both the nature of her injury and the slippery slope she found hers…
