The fatal collision happened shortly before midnight on Thursday, Feb. 20, along Generals Highway near Knollwood Drive. Police say Jonathan David Rober, 47, was driving a 2015 Hyundai Sonata northwest on Generals Highway when the vehicle crossed the center line and slammed head-on into a 1997 Toyota 4Runner.
