Two people were killed and two others were hospitalized following a shooting early on Saturday morning in Cecil County, according to Maryland State Police. Delaware native Tamir Rasheek Davis, 26, has been identified by investigators as one of two who were fatally shot early on Saturday morning. He was pronounced dead at Christianna Hospital. The day got off to a rough start for a school bus driver in Montgomery County who was in an early morning crash with a pick-up truck in Colesville.
